How to get there

Access to the San Simón River is two kilometers away from Chisec, on the highway that leads to the town of Raxruhá. Jul Iq' and B'omb'il Pek's Visitors' Center also works for the San Simón River. The walking entrance to the "Balneario Ma' Ximón" is located one kilometer away from the Visitors' Center, towards Raxruhá. There you may also park your vehicle at the side of the road and walk 15 minutes through a nature trail (low effort) until you reach the pond.
